As a scientist, international dietary supplement, nutrition, fitness, & health expert, and author of numerous books and articles, such as "The Complete Nutritional Supplements Buyer's Guide", everyday  I see people led in the wrong direction when it comes to buying and using dietary supplements.           

As a dietary supplement industry insider and developer of hundreds of health products, I know it all. Over 30 years ago I started using dietary supplements and sports nutrition products. At 47 I'm in excellent health, and not just living, but thriving. I'm 100% drug-free (no daily medications for me) just a daily dose of healthy supplements and foods; prevention is indeed the cure. When you take the right supplements and include some key foods in your diet, you will not only prevent many disease from developing, you can improve your current state of health even if you have the most dreary diseases.

I have had my share of bumps and bruises over the years. But from my vast experience and knowledge of the medical research concerning nutrition and dietary supplements, I am able to excel in all areas of my life - physically, mentally, and spiritually. My wife and children are super-healthy to. From keeping in touch with millions of people from marketing health products, teaching health experts, and lecturing, I know that 100% of the people I meet can be healthier and happier from taking the right supplements and eating more healthy foods. And we all need to make the extra effort as we age, especially age 40 and over.

In my first book about nutrition, fitness and dietary supplements, and over a dozen more that soon followed, I covered all topics about dietary supplements and nutrition; a comprehensive look at what's what. I knew I was on to something meaningful for taking a look at the big-health picture. From my own experience reading hundreds of health books, and not finding quality information, I made an oath to work the hardest I can to get and make the best quality health information available to you and me.

Since my days in high school I became a student of nutrition, health, fitness and weight loss. I played sports and even was founder and president of the physical fitness club. As a wrestler, nutrition and proper fitness was the deciding factor in winning or losing. After reading dozens of books, even at this early age, I realized that something was wrong when each expert had a different opinion about how to best achieve performance, fitness, health, and weight management.

I thought "these experts can't all be right, or all be wrong!" 

So I applied the scientific process, and after years of reading, testing and evaluating, found the commonalities of these different approaches. Then I spent over a decade reviewing tens and thousands of scientific studies, and conducting my own research in an attempt to confirm what is best for health and what is not. I still spend many hours a week researching to reconfirm what works best, and to discover and evaluate the newest health discoveries.
